I guess it’s normal to have things a little messed up once summer starts and school is over, but I think this Covid-19 really got things out of place!

We had to have online school for our 4 boys. I’ve been working from home with all of them around everyday. Meals and bed time have been all over the clock, and eating has become our new hobby!

I feel like we just eat the whole day. We’re bored, we eat. We’re happy, we eat. We’re said, we eat… I mean… We just eat all the time, and while we eat I just watch the dishes piling up, and also my weight going up.😅

Since I know this won’t change for a while, I decided to look for healthy snack ideas, so at least we won’t feel so guilty about it!

While searching I looked for the most creative and delicious snacks I could find, and also, the ones that were easy to make, because, come on… Who wants to spend hours in the kitchen preparing a snack, right?!

    I made the apple pizzas and my whole family loved them!
    I have just finished making the frozen yogurt barks and they look beautiful and taste great!!
