Ingredients
12
oz
(340g) canned chunk light tuna
(in water or oil)
½
cup
mayonnaise
½
cup
cilantro, chopped
1
teaspoon
lime juice
¼
teaspoon
liquid smoke
salt to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix with a spoon until well combined. Taste it and add more salt or liquid smoke if you'd like.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and serve with crackers, vegetables, or your favorite dipping accompaniments. You can also use it as a spread.
Notes
You can add more mayo or softened cream cheese if you'd like it more creamy.
For best results, I suggest using chunk light tuna.
